Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from MadeDear (operated by SIA THEO Growth). Placing an order means you accept them.

Made to order

Every item is printed and finished after you order. Standard lead time is 5–10 business days before shipping. Delivery estimates on each product are honest ranges based on our current queue.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where possible; tax is added by Stripe at checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order.

Personalisation

For personalised items, we print exactly what you enter. Please review spelling before paying — reprints for typos entered by the customer are charged at cost.

Cancellation

You can cancel a made-to-order piece for a full refund any time before we start printing. Once printing has started, see the Refunds page.

Shipping & risk

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll open a claim and reprint.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

Latvian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
