What files do you accept?

Anything you have — logo (SVG/PNG/PDF), photos (JPG/PNG), sketches, CAD files (STL/OBJ/STEP), or just a written brief. We design from there.

You own the rights to bespoke designs we make from your brief. We keep the right to reference the piece in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Can you invoice a company?

Yes. We issue proper VAT invoices from an EU entity. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number get reverse-charge; non-EU orders are zero-rated.

How fast can you turn things around?

Design 2–5 business days, printing 1–3 days per 50 units, shipping 3–7 days across the EU. Rush is possible — mention your deadline in the brief.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. EU shipping is fastest and cheapest; overseas takes 5–14 days depending on carrier and customs.

Yes, mutual NDAs before we see anything sensitive. Just tick the box in the brief and we'll send one.

Can we reorder later?

Absolutely. We keep the approved file for repeat runs — reorders skip the design step and drop straight into production.

Every project includes design. Send us your logo, a reference photo, a sketch on a napkin — or just a description of what you want. We turn it into a 3D preview you can rotate before anything goes on the printer.

You get the physical run, and (if you want it) the approved 3D file archived on your account for reorders. No re-briefing every year.
