This page explains what personal data MadeDear — operated by SIA THEO Growth — collects when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us, and how we handle it. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Account info: email, name, and (if you sign in) an authentication token.
• Order info: shipping address, items, personalisation, delivery choice.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Uploaded photos: kept only to generate your 3D preview and print your order.
• Basic device data: IP address and browser type, for security and analytics.

How we use it

• To make and ship your order.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies.
• To improve the site (aggregated analytics only).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the shop — Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional emails), our hosting provider, and our shipping carriers. We do not sell your data, ever.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion by emailing hello@madedear.com. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by tax law. Uploaded photos can be deleted from your account at any time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Payments run through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
