How far in advance should we order?+
Order any time — standard ships in 3–7 business days after preview approval, our fastest option (Rush) ships in 3 business days, and you see your ship-by date and estimated delivery window at checkout before paying.
Can you match our wedding colours?+
Yes — pick from our palette, or send us a swatch and we'll match. The dress is usually kept white, but we can go ivory, blush, or fully custom.
Do you make table numbers or place cards too?+
Both. Table numbers are a popular add-on; we can also do welcome signs and favours in the same style as your topper.
What if it doesn't look like us?+
You see and approve the 3D preview yourself before ordering, and our studio checks every piece before it prints.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, worldwide. Rush shipping is available if your date is tight.
Can we order favours in bulk for guests?+
Absolutely. Mini keepsakes from 20 units up, with per-unit pricing on larger runs.
What if my package arrives damaged?+
Every piece is packed in a rigid keepsake box with foam inserts. If anything arrives less than perfect, we remake it and ship a replacement with priority delivery, no questions.
