What if I only have a few photos?+
One good photo is usually enough. Multiple angles help with details like ear shape or coat colour, but we work with what you have.
Do you make urns or ash keepsakes?+
Yes — figurines with a small internal compartment for a lock of fur or a pinch of ash. Ask in the notes when you order.
How long does it take?+
Standard delivery is 5–10 business days, and our fastest option is 3 days. Your exact delivery date is shown at checkout. If you have a specific date (memorial, anniversary), tell us and we'll do everything to hit it.
Can you include multiple pets in one piece?+
Yes — send a photo of each and we'll place them together.
