Every order goes through the same six steps.
We don't warehouse stock. Every MadeDear object is printed the day it's ordered, in the colour, material and personalisation you chose.
Step 01
Choose
Pick a piece from our shop, or upload a photo on the Create page. Every product page shows dimensions, materials, weight and honest print time.
Step 02
Instant 3D preview
Personalise text, colour and material. If you uploaded a photo, get an instant 3D preview you can rotate and approve yourself — no back-and-forth with an artist.
Step 03
Studio check
Before anything prints, our studio verifies your order for printability, detail and quality. Nothing enters the print queue until it passes.
Step 04
Studio prints
Your order joins the print queue that day. We use FDM for structural pieces and resin for detail work — nothing warehoused, everything on demand.
Step 05
Hand-finish
Every print is deburred, sanded and sealed by hand — this is where the machine's texture becomes a made object.
Step 06
Delivered
Standard delivery is 5–10 business days from order; our fastest option is 3 days. Your exact delivery date is shown at checkout.
Materials we print with
PLA
Bio-based, food-safe
Made from cornstarch. Warm matte finish, food-safe, and biodegradable in industrial composting. Our default for most objects.
PETG
Tough, weather-safe
Impact-resistant and UV-stable. Best for pieces that get handled daily or live near water — coasters, hooks, planters.
Resin
Detail-grade
SLA/DLP printed for fine detail on small pieces — monograms, name plaques, jewellery-scale objects. Sealed with a UV-stable topcoat.
